How to send your theme copy
About a minute in your shop admin. Pick your platform:
- Shopify
- Online Store → Themes → the ⋯ button next to your current theme → Download theme file. Shopify emails you a .zip; forward that email to us. For image descriptions, also Products → Export → All products, and send us the CSV.
- WooCommerce / WordPress
- WordPress has no download button for themes. In your hosting control panel, open the File Manager, go to wp-content/themes, compress your theme folder to a .zip and download it (with a child theme, send both folders). Not sure where that is? Reply and we will tell you how for your host.
- PrestaShop
- Design → Theme & Logo → Export current theme (top right). Send us the .zip.
- Wix, Squarespace, Shopware, other
- There is no single theme file to send. Reply to our email and we will tell you how we work on your platform.

The problem
A customer who cannot open your menu, read a product page or get through the cart cannot buy from you. Around a quarter of people in the UK are disabled, and some of them shop with a screen reader, the keyboard or zoom.
Most shop themes ship with failures a screen reader or keyboard user runs into: buttons with no name, images with no description, menus that cannot be opened without a mouse, text too faint to read.
In our study of 1,352 German home pages, 95.8% had at least one failure an automated check can confirm. The median page had 9 confirmed failures.
The law points the same way. If you sell to consumers in the EU, the European Accessibility Act has applied to online shops since 28 June 2025; only microenterprises (fewer than 10 staff and a turnover or balance sheet of €2m or less) are exempt. In Great Britain, the Equality Act 2010 requires businesses that sell to the public, online shops included, to make reasonable adjustments for disabled customers. We do not give legal advice: we find the problems, fix them and show you the proof.
The Fix Pack ($99) gives you the code to fix each one yourself. This service is for owners who would rather have it done.
What we do
- Before: we check every page template in your scope as a browser renders it, and walk the buying path (home, product, cart) with a keyboard only.
- You get a written scope with every problem we found and a fixed price. Nothing is charged until you accept it.
- You send us a copy of your theme. We fix the problems in it and send it back; you upload it unpublished and check the preview before anything goes live. Your live shop is not touched.
- After: we run the same checks again and send an evidence document listing each problem, the change we made and the before and after result. You preview the copy and publish it when you are happy.

What is not included
- Shopify checkout pages. Shopify controls them on most plans; we check them and report what we see, but cannot change them.
- The inside of third-party apps. We fix what the theme controls and list app problems for the app maker.
- PDFs, videos and captions.
- Content you add after delivery. The monthly re-check shows you if new problems appear.
- Legal advice, or any statement that your store meets a law or standard. For legal questions, talk to a lawyer.
Questions
Will this make my store compliant?
Nobody can honestly promise that from a theme fix. What we promise is narrower and checkable: these problems were found, these were fixed, and here are the before and after scans. Whether your store meets a particular law is a question for a lawyer.
Do you need my password?
No, and we will never ask for it. We need no access to your store at all: you send a copy of your theme (and, for image descriptions, a product export), and we send them back fixed for you to upload.
Will you change my live store?
No. We duplicate your live theme and work only on the copy. You preview it, and you publish it when you are happy.
How do I pay?
By PayPal invoice, in US dollars. Half when you accept the written scope, half on delivery. If you decide not to go ahead after seeing the scope, you pay nothing.
Who does the work?
Muhammad Talha, who builds the Limen scanner. You deal with the same person from the first email to delivery.
What if a theme update brings problems back?
The free monthly re-check of your home page will show it. The Large size includes a full re-check after 30 days, with fixes for anything in the original scope that came back.
My store is not on Shopify.
The Quick Fix works on any platform: you send a copy of your theme and get it back fixed. The full fix is Shopify only for now. The Fix Pack ($99) gives you the code to do it yourself.

What happens to your details
We keep your name, email, store address, platform, size and message to reply with a scope and price. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after seven days, confirmed ones after twelve months. The emails go out through Resend. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
